Agreement and scope

By using this website, you agree to these terms. Consulting work is governed by a separate written proposal or service agreement that defines scope, timing, fees, responsibilities, and deliverables. If that agreement conflicts with these website terms, the signed agreement controls.

Website information

Material on this site is general information, not a guarantee of a particular business or product outcome. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, copy substantial content without permission, or submit unlawful material.

Client responsibilities

Clients must provide lawful access to relevant systems and accurate context, obtain necessary permissions for data shared with us, and review deliverables promptly. We do not request direct access to unnecessary personal data.

Intellectual property

Broker Flow Base retains its pre-existing methods, templates, and know-how. Ownership or licensing of engagement-specific deliverables is stated in the applicable service agreement. The Broker Flow Base name and site content may not be used without written permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Any liability related to paid work is governed by the relevant service agreement. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
